The first step in my booking process is to inquire through the corresponding form (click “inquire here” button). This form covers the basic information in order to provide me with context for our meeting.

Once I get your inquiry, I will respond within 48 hours to set up a 15-30 minute Zoom call to meet you and chat about your wants. You will leave the call knowing the right package for you and having all of your questions answered.

Now that we’ve decided on the package for you, it’s time to officially book my services! To do this is super easy. I will send you a “booking file”. This file contains the invoice (which lists all of my service details and the payment plan), the contract (which lists policies etc), and then the non-refundable retainer payment.

You are officially a CYP wedding client! SO exciting! The next step is for you to fill out an initial questionnaire where I can learn more about you as a couple and your love story. I take pride in getting to actually get to know my wedding clients so I can best serve them on their big day.

Soon after the initial questionnaire is completed, I will send you scheduling for your complimentary engagement session, our 3-month meeting, our 2-week meeting, and any other add-on sessions that you’ve booked.

About 4 months from your wedding date, I will send you an in-depth questionnaire about your wedding day and all of the details. I really encourage you to go ham and let me know about all of the things. The more, the better.

We are just a few months away from your wedding! EEEEK! It is time to meet via Zoom or in person (your choice) to go over the “Final Questionnaire”. I will walk through this form to make sure we are all on the same page. The other main task of this meeting is to review&tweak or create a timeline for your wedding day. It’s very important to at least have a good rough draft by 3-months out.

At our 2-week meeting, we will finalize all of the details. Timeline, portraits lists (family, friends, must-haves), and your final preferences. We will review the questionnaire to make and updates necessary.

IT’S FREAKING WEDDING DAY!!!

I will start the coverage off by arriving 10-15 mins early so I can check in with you guys and scope out everything. I will then follow the timeline until the end of the night. I will depart and start backing up and working on your gallery.

I try to send 15-20 images from your big day within 72 hours of your wedding date. I will send these through your custom online wedding gallery so you are able to get comfy with the process of viewing, favoriting, and downloading before your finalized gallery is ready.

I strive to deliver all wedding galleries within 8-10 weeks from the wedding date.
Factors that can affect delivery time: time of year your wedding takes place, the amount of blemish removal required, the amount of object removal required, etc.

You will receive your photos in a custom online gallery that sections your wedding day into different tabs (getting ready, pre-ceremony, ceremony, family portraits, couple portraits, etc). It’s stunning, organized, and totally worth the wait.

The online gallery will include a “Ciara’s Favorites” tab where I will copy my favorite images from your wedding day into a folder for you to have a folder of the best of the best images. It also gives you a nice overview of your wedding day.
