With the perspective of crafting an effortless journey for my clients, I have a certain approach to creating, capturing, and delivering your hand-held memories. I love documenting moments as they happen, not posing you every minute of your session. I use a mix of prompts and poses, which provides space for you to shine and authentically show your personality, your love, and your passion. When photographing organic moments, I strive to create an atmosphere that is photogenic but also allows your emotions and actions to be as natural as possible. In terms of delivery, I curate your gallery with the most flattering, hand-edited, images that show a real glimpse of your story. It is very important to me to deliver a gallery that truly represents YOU, because I believe that your story deserves to be told - even the messy moments.

THE CYP PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE

  • The first step to booking CYP is to find the package for you and inquire through the corresponding button. This button will take you to the appropriate form where you will fill out general information and your vision for your session. When you submit the form, you will be able to request a date through my scheduling platform. You will get a response from me within 48-72 business hours.

  • The second step in my process is to chat via email about any further details or questions that either of us have about your session. Once all questions and details are answered and set, I will create your custom booking file to confirm your session on my calendar.

  • Once I get the questionnaire and scheduling back from you, I will create a custom booking file for your session. This file will expire 5 days after it is sent, so please be prompt with completing this.

    Booking files include:

    • Questionnaire

    • Optional Session Add-Ons

    • Invoice that lays out my services

    • Contract that goes over my policies

    • Payment processing where you will make your 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your session date.

    • Next steps & instant access to my session guide

  • Included in your package is a digital guide that will give you information, advice, and tips on how to prep and what to expect.

  • Included in your session is one-to-one messaging through my business number for any emergencies or last minute questions before your session.

  • It’s session time! So exciting! We will arrive at the location and spend about 20-30 minutes in your first outfit. We will have a break for you to change in your vehicle and then spend 20-30 minutes in your second outfit. You are welcome to suggest any posing that you want. We will venture and have fun doing it while listening to music!

  • I like to send a few photos from your session within 72 hours of your session date. I will send them through my online gallery platform so you can get comfy with the process of viewing, favoriting, and downloading before your final gallery is ready!

  • For all portrait sessions, gallery delivery is 2-3 weeks from your session date. It depends on the time of year that your session is in, but its typically 3 weeks tops.

    Your custom online gallery will include 2 tabs : Ciara’s Favs and Full Gallery

    “Ciara’s Favs” are copies of my favorite images from your session. I think it’s fun to share with clients my favorites from a professional perspective.

    “Full Gallery” is the tab that you will view and download all of the images from your session. These are listed in chronological order, making for easy searching and accessing.

All of these steps may feel overwhelming, but I promise that your experience will be seamless and effortless. Each step is curated to produce authentic imagery that you will love forever.
