A seamless process curated to address all of the details so you can experience your wedding day to the fullest.

Loving what you’re seeing? If you are ready to take the next step in securing CYP as your photographer, submit an inquiry through the corresponding button. For all wedding photography injuries, we will hop on a call to make sure we are a good fit.

planning

Once you have secured CYP through completing the retainer and contract, it’s time to plan! With all CYP wedding photography services, you will have 2 call with Ciara, one 3-months out from your wedding day, and one 2-weeks out from your wedding day. We nail down all of the details so there are no questions day-of.

wedding day

We have answered all questions, created a custom plan, and are all on the same page, now it’s time to relax and enjoy your bid day - YAY. I will spend the day documenting all of the unique moments that make your wedding day yours, and making sure that you are taken care of.

Post-processing

Now it’s time for me to work my magic. I will send you previews within 72 hours of your wedding date. Full galleries are provided 10-12 weeks from your wedding date. You will also have access to your custom online print service where you can order your very own archival prints.

  • I mainly offer elopement, wedding, and couples photography, but I do also take high school/college senior , branding, and small family photography services when we are a good fit.

  • I am based in Richmond, Virginia, and currently aim to stay within the state.

  • Portrait clients will receive 80 images. Wedding clients will receive 500-800 images.

  • Portrait session galleries are delivered within 3-4 weeks from the session date. Wedding galleries are delivered 10-12 weeks from wedding date. All clients will receive previews within 72 hours.
